“Distinti Salumi” – Cagli (PU), from May 1st to 3rd 2009
Cagli, a small town in the Pesaro Province, hosts the 5th edition of “Salumi National Review” from May 1st to 3rd 2009. Set in very historical centre of the town and organized by the Cagli Town Hall and the “Slow food” organization, this represents the most important appointment dedicated to the “high quality pig butcher handcraft”.
For these three days long, Cagli opens its palaces that are trasformed into degustation halls, didactic journeys and sensory trainings: among all the initiatives, don’t miss taste laboratories, a national show of little handcrafted products and a series of salumi samples.
